I’m William, and I’m 12 years-old. I feel proud of how good I am at math, but I’m even more proud that I’m helping families not be deported. This trip is an expression of how I feel about my family. They love and care for me, and make it possible for me to go to school. As immigrants from Guatemala, my parents have worked so hard to have a better life here. And their hard work has helped the agricultural economy in Florida. I’m joining the Caravan for my parents -- I don’t want them taken away from me. I want to tell Trump that I’ll be protesting in DC, so that no family is separated.
